Tania and Ahri went on a six city tour in 2006 to produce TBT and promote BIRTH. From word-of-mouth, organizers requested TBT in their towns and cities. Thin Air Media created A Guide to Organizing THE BIRTH TOUR in Your Community" and the self-organized event has taken off in 2007 and 2008.
